T.I. Reportedly Owes Federal Government $4.5 Million In Unpaid Taxes

T.I. owes the federal government $4.5 million in unpaid taxes, according to Daily Mail Online.

Citing documents filed in Georgia earlier this month, the publication reports that the IRS filed two tax liens against T.I.— birth name Clifford Harris—for unpaid taxes in both 2012 and 2013.

The first federal tax lien—which was filed against T.I. and his wife Tiny—claims that the rapper owes $1,397,283.47 in unpaid taxes for 2012. The second states that he owes $3,173,476.39 for taxes on his personal income for 2013.

Daily Mail Online claims that the 34-year-old rapper is said to be worth $215 million.

In an exclusive statement to Us Weekly, T.I.’s representatives said: “Mr. Harris and his team are working with the appropriate parties to resolve this matter.”
